This classic jump rope rhyme is a fun way to practice counting. (Use a jump rope if space permits; simply have children count how many times they can jump if space is limited.)

Cinderella,
Dressed in yellow,
Went upstairs to kiss a fellow. (Pretend to walk up stairs.)
Made a mistake and kissed a snake. (Pretend to kiss a snake.)
